Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → GLP-1 Coach Pro to cancel or change plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you have iCloud device backup enabled and reinstall the app on the same Apple ID before your next iCloud backup completes, your data may be restored from backup. If not, the data is gone — GLP-1 Coach does not store your data on any server. For Pro subscribers, your subscription is restored via Settings → Restore purchases.
