Steady T does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you log — doses, symptoms, lab values, photos, notes — lives only on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no third-party tracker, and no cloud sync.
What information Steady T handles
Information you enter: dose history, symptom check-ins, lab values, optional first name, protocol details. Stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
Lab photos (optional, Pro): when you scan a lab report, OCR runs on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Photos are processed locally; patient name, date of birth, and MRN are never stored. You choose whether to keep the photo file.
Apple Health data (optional): if you grant access, Steady T reads four read-only metrics — Heart Rate Variability, resting heart rate, sleep duration, and body mass — solely to overlay them on the Cycle Overlay chart. The app does not write to Apple Health and never reads any other category. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Steady T.
Notifications (optional): dose reminders, refill reminders, lab-due reminders, and check-in nudges. Scheduled and delivered locally; no notification content leaves your device.
What Steady T does NOT do
No accounts, sign-ins, or user profiles on any server.
No analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics.
No third-party SDKs of any kind.
No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No cloud sync. (iCloud sync is on the roadmap and will be strictly opt-in.)
Subscriptions
Steady T Pro is a subscription handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. Steady T never sees your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy governs that information.
Children
Steady T is not directed at children. It is rated 17+ because it presents adult medical/treatment information related to hormone therapy.
