Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Acosta Apps is an independent iOS studio run by Anulfo Acosta. This policy covers this website and explains the general privacy approach shared across our apps. Where an individual app has data behavior worth detailing, that app's own privacy policy (linked on its App Store listing) governs and takes precedence.
This website
This site (anulfito1991-wq.github.io) is a static page hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider (GitHub) for security and operational purposes. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address solely to reply or to notify you about new apps; we do not sell or share it.
Our apps — the principles
- Private by design. For apps that handle personal information — such as Ola (cycle data), AfterAction (symptom journaling), GLP-1 Coach (health logging), Sober Habit, Cairn, Carekeep, Tether, and CoHalve — that data is stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- On-device AI. Where our apps offer AI features, they run on-device using Apple's frameworks. Sensitive content is not sent to external servers for processing.
- No selling of personal data. We do not sell your personal information.
- Health & HealthKit. Any data read from or written to Apple Health stays on the device and is used only to power the app's features.
Advertising
Some free apps may display ads (e.g., via Google AdMob) to support development. Where ads are present, the app's App Store privacy label and its own privacy policy disclose what the ad provider collects. Apps that handle sensitive personal or health data are designed to keep that data on-device regardless.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 except where explicitly designed for a younger audience with appropriate safeguards (e.g., KidSpark Code Academy). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Because most app data lives on your device, deleting an app removes its data. You can also reset or export data from within apps that offer it. For questions or requests, contact us below.
Per-app policies
Each app links its specific privacy policy on its App Store page. If anything in an app's own policy conflicts with this general statement, the app's policy controls for that app.
