Include your iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are very welcome — they cut diagnosis time in half.
Open the Log tab, tap the + in the top-right (or "Log Dose" on the Dashboard). Enter the milligrams, tap a muscle group on the body map, and Save. The body map then color-codes recent injection sites so you can rotate.
From the Labs tab, tap Scan Lab Results and photograph any lab report. OCR runs on-device using Apple's Vision framework. You'll review every extracted value before it's saved — Steady T never silently commits a scanned value.
Granting Apple Health access lets the Cycle Overlay chart show your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep duration, or body weight alongside your symptom scores — so you can see how your recovery moves through each cycle. It's read-only for those four metrics, completely optional, and you can revoke it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Steady T.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Steady T Pro → cancel or change plan. The 7-day free trial doesn't charge if you cancel before it ends.
Open the paywall (any Pro-gated screen) and tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
On your device only. There is no cloud sync, no account, and no third-party server. If you delete the app, your data is gone with it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No. Steady T is a logging and visualization tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for your doctor or endocrinologist. Always discuss any protocol change with your healthcare provider.
