Quill operates entirely on your device. We do not operate our own servers to receive your data.
To make the app work, Quill saves the following on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back up your device with Apple's iCloud Backup feature, in which case Apple — not us — handles the encrypted backup under Apple's privacy policy:
You can erase this data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
If Quill offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple provides us only with anonymized aggregate sales reports. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Quill does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. If that ever changes in a future version of the app, we will update this policy and the App Store Connect privacy disclosures before the new version is released.
Quill is a general-audience puzzle app. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no data at all, there is nothing for us to delete on request.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
Puzzle progress saved on your device stays there until you delete the app or reset your device. We have no copy.
Quill is available worldwide through the App Store. Because no personal data is transmitted off your device by the app, there are no cross-border data transfers from us to any other party.
If we update this policy, the new effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes — for example, introducing any form of data collection — will be announced in the app's release notes and in the App Store Connect privacy disclosures before the change takes effect.
